STEP ONE

WORK DRAWINGS

At step one we arrange and get the project ready for town planning.

We book in the subject site for Land Surveying and order title/restrictions.

At this stage we start our concept drawings and come up with a detailed layout.

STEP TWO

ENGINEERING

Once we receive all documents from our land surveyor we move onto detailed plans and 3d modeling.

At this stage a per-application can be attended depending on the client and project type.

time frame: 1-2 weeks

STEP THREE

APPLICATION

At this stage we will get the project ready for council town planning application. Include complete detailed drawings

There will be additional information required and provided prior to submission such as Property Information, easements, tree's on site etc..

time frame: 2-3 weeks

STEP FOUR

TOWN PLANNING APPLICATION

This stage the proposal will be submitted to council with all the relevant documents Council submission

Council will the review the application and may request additional information and inform us with the concerns. This process is the most important and time consuming step. It will determine the outcome of the proposal.

time frame: 1-2 weeks

STEP FIVE

TOWN PLANNING APPLICATION

This stage the proposal will be submitted to council with all the relevant documents Council submission

Council will the review the application and may request additional information and inform us with the concerns. This process is the most important and time consuming step. It will determine the outcome of the proposal.

time frame: 3-5 weeks

STEP SIX

ADVERTISING

Once council reviews the updated plans, depending on there satisfaction we will move on to ADVERTING period.

An board will be erected in front of your property to inform your neighbours and give them a chance to view the plans and object.

time frame: 14-28 days

STEP SIX

ADVERTISING

This stage council will decide on the application taking all referal, concerns and objections to account.

Council will decide to issue a Permit with Conditions, Notice of decision with conditions or a refusal

Working with council and addressing there concerns raised at early stages will avoid a surprise such as a refusal.

This is the final step of a planning permit after here a building permit is required.
